TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 1948 : MOOSEHEART HAS : , 160,000 MEMBERS M#fifllfi(fl%fip The Juneau Chapter of Moose- heart is a part of a 160,000-mem- ber national organization accord- ing to figures released at a re- cent National Mooseheart Conven- tion, local Women of the Moose announced today. Women's auxiliary units through- out the nation in the past year have paid more than $250,000 to the Supreme Lodge to assist in charitable work, plus an additional $50,000 to the House of God Fund, according to the local Mooseheartl Al Sartori, Past Supreme Gover- | nor, and Dr. A. C. Monginger, Grand Noble of the North Moose, will ar- rive this afternoon to pay an offi- cial visit to the Moose Lodge this held this evening at 8 o'clock, and a public reception will follow at which cveryone is invited to attend to meet the Moose dignitaries.
