At the meeting final plans Chairman Goldstein reported that Workers will meet first for an early-morning next Wednesday, then make their calls during the day. The Chairman asks residents to be prepared to make their contribu- tions at that time, in order to avoid the needs for calls back on the part of ,the volunteer solicitors. Special teams will handle government- of- fices in Juneau, and the various civic organizations are being asked to contribute to the drive, the chairman said. Assisting Goldstein on the Execu- tive Committee and attending this| morning’s meeting were George Parks, Curtis Shattuck, Charles Burdick, Earl Cleveland, Wallis George, James C. Ryan, Dr. J. O. Rude, Frank Hermann, and Harry Sperling. Sperling will head up the committee’s work in the ‘Federal Building, with other captains tak- ing the various other governmental offices, Goldstein said.
