G. Shattuck. Goldstein, widely known throughout the Territory as one of its most civic-minded citizens, today ; expressed his approval of Alaska scouting for boys. “The work of the Boy Scout pro- gram in Alaska is a valuable force in training our young people to be good citizens,” Goldstein said. “Here in Juneau we are fortunate in hav- ing very few problems of juvenile delinquency.
