The construction will consist of building an .inclined ramp approxi- mately 350' feet in length, 15’ in width, with piling bents spaced at 8 ft. intervals; also the nistalla- tion of approximately five (5) moor- ing dolphins of three piles each and the necessary float and fender logs. The construction will be identical at both Haines and Tee Harbor. Bids will be received covering either or both of the installations. The proposals must cover the entire con- ttruction and the necessary mater- ials and labor for the same. The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals.
