PAGE EIGHT ALASKA HIGHWAY PATROL TO HOLD THREE-DAY MEET The Alaska Highway Patrol and representatives of the State Patrols of Washington, Oregon and Califor- nia will hold a three day meeting in Juneau next week beginning on Wednesday, September 15. Mutual problems will be discus- sed by the 14 Highway Patrolmen and they will hear talks on law en- forcement problems given by the three representatives from the states and Territorial officials. Frank Met- calf, Territorial Highway Engineer, has planned the three day program and will officially open the sessions on Wednesday morning i@ the Se- nate Chambers.
