Department of Health Sanitari sent a letter to the Council last night listing Juneau residences which he classifies as “not only a serious menace to the health of the adults and children living in them but, by their presenée in the city a threat to the health of the entire community." He listed 14 areas containing 112 units of what he termed “‘substan- dard housing” having a population of 484 people and not including the |Indian Village.
