These are as follows Tengass National Forest Herring Bay Group, Tongass Highway, near Ketchikan, Lee E. ckinscn, Lot 74, 145 acres. Clover Pass Group, Tongass High- ar Ketchikan: Mrs. Larry i, Lot A, 2.7 acres; Leo H. Ingman, Lot AA, .77 acres; Fay L. Bullock, Lot G, 444 acres. Chugach National Forest Elisha W. Hall, Boswell Bay, Hinchenbrook Island, 4:31 acres. The elimination of the above tracts from the National Forests is the first step leading towards pat- ent.
