The Rev. R. W. Halvorson officiated at the ceremony. The bride was gowned in a tradi- 1 white satin dress and she carried a corsage composed of a white orchid surrounded by white chrysanthemums. Patricia Hofstad, maid of hono', wore a yellow gown and her corsage was of bronze chrysanthemums. Pete O'Keefe was best man. Randy Oaksmith was ring bearer and Christine Oaksmith was. flower girl. Following the ceremony, a recep- tion was held in the social room of the church. Over 400 people attend- ed the reception and the couple was presented with many lovely gifts. Juneau guests attending the wed- ding were Mr. and Mrs. Olaf Bod- ding, parents of Bud and his three sisters, Mrs. Walter Cummings, Thelma Bodding and Lynn Bodding. There were also cuests from Peters- burg, Craig and Seattle. Mr. Bedding was born and raised in Juneau and graduated from Ju- neau High School in 1933. During the war he held a commission in the Navy and was a pilot on the Admiral’s Staif at Adak.
