The Derby = area is closed to commercial % halibut fishing and authori- { ties state that the taking of § these fish for any purpose other than for self consumption is unlawful, NEW RULE—RULE NUMBER SIXTEEN This rule supersedes all others as regards hours of Derby op- ening and closing. The Derby will begin at six (6) A. M. Judges will be present on the § inspection floats at five (5) A. M. to check through those i E contestants who wish to start { fishing at the appointed time. z Those who check through early g will remain in an area designat- 2 ed by the judges until Derby | time. } A contestant must return to the judge's floats, either one, § before four (4) P. M. in order ( that his fish may qualify in : the Derby. Upon arrival at the § float the contestant should } contact one of the judges and § give his REGISTRATION | NUMBER.
