Mr. Hoogstad, director of the Sen- ior Choir of the Methodist church, has.written the cantata during the last three months, and the choir feels it to be a special privilege to sing it again. There are ten numbers, of which one is a solo, then a duet, an- other solo with choir accompani- ment and a duet with choir accom- paniment. The other six are eith- er full choir numbers or have short sections of part singing. The words are based on Scriptural account of the story, except, the last number, * sus Is Our King,” which is a glad | statement of dedication to the liv- ine Lord.
