Green, Jr, said today a proposed sale of the Pacific Coast Cement Company’s Seattle plant and Alaska limerock quarry at Dall Island, near Ketchikan for $1,100,000 would be considered at a stcckholders’ meeting here Febru- ary 21 Proposed purchaser, Green said, is the General Construction Com- pany of Seattle “or its nominees.” The steamship Diamond Cement also is involved in the deal, Green states, although no price has been sat for her. The vessel carries limerock, used in cement manufac- ture, from Alaska to the Seattle plant.
