CHILKOOT BARRACKS { PROJECT-Lily Lake Water System. |The installations and structures !which make up the water system drawing a supply of water from Lily Lake, about 1'% miles southeast of the land described above, for the supply of the town of Haines, of cer- tain Government agencies, and of private water users in the area. The intake equipment in Lily Lake, the filter, water tank, chlorinator, water mains, and concrete reservoir 110° x 110’ having a capacity of 600,000 2al- lons on the post area described above, are included, together with the land upon which the reservoir is located, within a rectangle 150’ x 150", with boundaries paraljel to and equidistant from the reservoir; also a perpetual non-exclusive casement to take water from Lily Lake for the svstemi, and a perpetual easement for a right-of-way for the pipe line from Lily Lake to the northern boundary of the post area described above. The purchaser of the system must agree to supply water to Unit- ed States Government agencies in the vicinity without charge and to all other water users in the vicinity on reasonable terms.
