Re- | latively cool and dry air with clear or partly cloudy skies continued elsewhere over Alaska except warmer air and partly cloudy to cloudy skies was invading the northern portion of Alaska. The greatest| amount of precipitation was 1:56 inches which fell at Ketchikan in the form of snow and rain. The highest temperature yesterday after- noon was 48 degrees at Ketchikan and the lowest last night minus; 40 degrees at Fairbanks.
