Particularly it was revealed how his' speeches had been written by George Sylvester Viereck, a reg- istered agent of Nazi Germany. Following publication of that story the U. S. Senate appropriated $5,000 to investigate the allegations of these columnists. So far the investigation has not taken place. However, our-own investigation of how German agents have used mem- bers of Congress has continued and has revealed further startling devel- opments. These are not so important re- garding Senator Lundeen as they are regarding the fact that the Nazis have been able to use a highly-plac- ed member of Congress and appear to be using other members of Con- gress even today. For if the public loses confidence in one of the few, remaining legislative systems in the world, then we may be in for what happened after the German people lost confidence in the Reichstag. We have already revealed who wrote Senator Lundeen’s speeches. Most important additional develop- ment was how his speeches were used after delivery on the floor of the Senate. They become an integral part of the Nazi propaganda network in the United States. After being printed in the Congressional Record, they were reprinted and sent out "(Continued on Page Four) | | | larrived RAF units are only When the dance team of Tony and Renee DeMarce was broke up and their marriage ended in a Nevada divorce court recently, DeMakco picked Sally Craven of Los Angeles, a former Ballerina, as his new dancing partner.
