Inspector, landed late yesterday at the Juneau airport after tlying up from Seattle. McWilliams has been on a six weeks' tour of the States which took lrim to Washington on offi- cial business. Most of his time, how- ever, has been spent on the West Coast. While in Oakland, McWilliams picked up a Stinson Reliant airplane, which he fiew here for use in Alas- ka.
