A fire stop was made on. Front Street where Chief Mike Pusich had a four-hose line defense con- nected to one hydrant. With the pumper going, a pressure of 90 pounds was attained at the nozzles. Then proceeding to Fifth Street the trial was repeated. There with the pump in action the regular pressure of 25 pounds was boosted to 35 pounds. After practice the Fire Chief treated the boys to refreshments.
