Stop-Over Tourists Ernest Parsons appeared before the eommittee to present the mat- ter of obtaining the cooperation of the steamship companies in Al- aska to secure stop-over tourists for Juneau. A special committee composed of Parsons was appoint- ed to investigate the matter.
