Sale of Six Ameritan Vessels Approved WASHINGTON, Jan. 22. — The) United States Maritime Commis- sion has approved the sale and transfer of registry of six Ameri- can-owned merchant vessels to an English corporation. Three of the vessels, the Louisi- anian, Tennessean and Indianan, were owned by the American- Hawatiian Steamship Company of San -Francisco. The vessels are of 5,000 to 7,000 tons each.
