City of Juneau, and to exercise the prxvflege of supplying telephone ser- vice to the inhabitants of the suid‘ city, for a period of twenty years, from and after the date of the ap-, proval of this ordinance,” and which | ordinance was regularly passed and approved at a regular meeting of | the City Council held at Juneau, Al-! aska, on March 3d, 1939.
