e TEACHERS T0 LEAVE FRIDAY Members of Both High and Grade Institutions Going South Many faculty members of the Ju- neau High School and Grade School will leave Juneau on board the North Sea which is scheduled to sail at 6 o'clock tomorrow afterncon Teachers leaving on the North Sea are Dorothy Whittaker, Myrtle Moe, Zora Brown, Robert Whil Mabel Miss Iva Tilden, Velma Bloom, Monson, Helen Parrott, and Dalma Hanson Miss Myrtle Moe, language ins- tructor will go to Seattle where she expects to spend the major portion of her vacaticn visiting her parents and friends. Vacationing in California will oc- cupy the summer months of Mrs Iva Tilden Primary Grade Teacher Visiting her sister in Poruan Oregon, will accupy a large portion of Miss Zora Brown's summer vaca- tion. Plans for the summer are very in- definite for music instructor Rob- ert White but he will spend some time visiting in his home town Seattle, Miss Mabel Monson, after arriving in Seattle will go to Minneapolis, Minn,, where she will visit with her brother. Attending the summer session 0f the Eastern Washington School of Education in Cheney, occupy the first few weeks of the vacation for Miss Dorothy Whit- taker, Home Economics instructor. After attending summer school, Miss Whittaker will visit her home in Portland, Oregon. Although Miss Velma Bloom’s plans for the summer are indefinite, she expects to spend some time in Lexington, Nebraska, her home.
