Phillips had been a caretaker .for the Juneau Shotgun Club before going to Bear Creek tr ing and still had keys for the club building in his pocket authorities said. Phillips’ wrists and neck had been slashed, apparently with a knife and he had a cut on his foot, th jury feund in bringing in a ver- dict that death was self-inflicted Examination also revealed that the man had made a haphazard tour- niquet above the wound on the foot but Dr. W.
