Clarence D. Martin has vetoed the bill increasing the gasoline tax half a cent and thereby forcing |revision of the State road program. The bill would have raised $5,- 500,000 to add to 2,000 miles of sec- ondary roads to the state system. Gov. Martin approved adding to the roads but said they could be kept up with available funds.
