This im- provement shall be constructed under the contract provision of Bul- letin No. 2, PWA, “Requirements as to Bids, Contractor’s Bonds, Con- tract, Wage and Labor Provisions” dated March 8, 1934, and amended for Alaska. Labor required for this project shall be as outlined in 3 (a) of the “Construction Regula- tions.” Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wage rates prescribed by the Fed- eral Emergency Administration of Public Works must be paid o# this project. Except in executive, admin- istrative, and supervisory positions, no individual directly employed on the project shall be permitted to work more than 48 hours in any one week. The money available for this project is approximately $7,000. If any person contemplating sub- mitting a bid for the proposed con- tract is in doubt.as to the meaning of any part of the plans and speci- fications, or other contract docu- ments, he may submit to the City Engineer, Juneau, Alaska, a written request for an interpretation there- of. The person submitting the re- quest will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by addendum duly is- sued’ and a copy of such addendum will ‘be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such docu- ments.
