Candidates will be allowed to collect back subscriptions and renewals as well as entirely new subscriptions and votes will be issued on both. 6.—Votes are free. It costs the subscriber nothing extra to vote for his or her favorite. Subscribers should ask for votes when paving their subscriptions. 7.—Votes cannot be purchased. Every cent accepted through the | campaign department must represent subscriptions. 8.—Votes once cast are not transferable. The tentative schedule of this trip calls for leaving Juneau about April 1st by a liner of the Alaska Steam- ship Company. 15—There will be other prizes im either cash or trade orders, the exact amount to be announced later in the campaign. Active can- didates who do not win the trip or the cash or trade order prizes, but who remain active throughout the campagn will be paid ten percent of the amount they turn in in cash.
