In the preceding match the University of Alaska had also swept all three ofits matches against Dartmouth, and with less difficulty than was experienced by Minnesota. .Petrich’s 199 was by many points the top single game of the night, while his 518 total score took first place for the night by only three points over the mark compiled by A. W. Stewart as the latter led the Dartmouth Redskins in a de- termined effort to stave off the U. of Alaska victory. Point earned a four-point decision over M. I. T. in the opening game, dropping the second game to the ngineers by more than forty points, then came back with an Army drive that overhauled M.IT. in the last and deciding engage- | ment.
