WEATHER SYNOPSIS A storm area of marked intensity was centered this morning over the northeastern portion of the North Pacific Ocean, the lowest reported pressure being 28.80 inches, Lutch Harbor. High barometric pressure prevailed throughout the MacKenzie Valley, the crest being 30.34 This general pressure distribution has been attended by precipita- ticn along the coastal regions from the westren Aleutian Islands southeastward to Seattle and by fair weather over the remainder of . the field of observation.
