The remains -are now at the Charles W. Carter Mortuary, and are being made for shipment south on an early steam- at Everett, Washing- ton. Knight, a 32nd degree Mason, has a mother, Mrs. Alonzo Knight in Everett, and a daughter Leona, in Seattle, according to word brought here from the cannery he was for- merly a lumberman in Bellingham, ‘Washington. GUBSER LEAVES ON ALASKA TO START WOLF EXTERMINATION Harlan Gubser, predatory animal hunter for the Biological Survey, | left on the Alaska for the West-| ward. He will go to Nulato and| | | then work north to Kotzebue in connection with the wolf exterm- ination program. At Kotzebue he will be joined by Glenn Briggs of | the Reindeer Service and the two| {will make an investigation of re- ported conditions on the A:cuc |Coast. The official expects to be gone all winter. His family will| {make their home here in the mean- | time. !
