Under a special permit the Count was allowed to bag two moose while on a two- months’ hunting trip through the Interior with two companions, Baron Charles Buxhoivedden, of Vienna, Austria, and Count Sierstorpff, Zy- rovia, Upper Silesia. The three European noblemen are returning to the States enroute to- Europe aboard the Yukon. They hope to reach New York in time to sail on the President Washington on October 23. They reached New Yorx more than two months ago on that ship and were so well pleased with the vessel that they expect to return to Europe aboard her. Are Abecard Yukon The three titled Europeans pass through Juneau on the Yukon August 13. A total of four brown bear were bagged in 'the Cook’s Inlet country, and three sheep fell before their quns at Kenai Lake. Four moose were killed at various points in the Interior—one of them with an antler spread of 66z inches cluding one specimen for each of the hunters and one for the Budapest Museum. ‘The three hunters made a trip over the Steese Highway to Circle and] stopped at Circle Hot Springs, Eagle For Petersburg—Flora Howard, W Summit, and Twelve Mile Roadhousa for'a few days at each point.
