C., July 19.—For- estry training camps—a first oousin to American CCC—are beginning to flourish in British Columbia. Government sponsored, organized instruction in prospecting is in the offing. ‘The forestry plan was designed by George 8. Pearson and 200 youths already are in the field under the guidance of British Columbia for- crt rangers.
