The Swallow has two,inspecting officers aboard, as well as Lieut. Bern Anderson, who is in command of the ship. The inspectors include Ljeut.-Comdr. H. W. Kitchen, Thir- teenth Naval District Communica- tions Officer; and Lieut. (jg) H. F. Ransford, connected with the Civil Engineer Corps. The Swallow, after leaving Ju- neau, will call first at Soapstone Point, then will cross the Gulf to make stops at Cordova, Seward and Hodiak.
