Charles Stone When the Kenai sails for Sitka at 6 o'clock tonight she will be skippered by a new captain. He is Capt. J. V. Hally, who arrived in eau from Seattle as a passenger the Victoria earlier this week. He replaces Capt. Charles Stone, who has been skipper of the Kenai for five months. Capt. Hally has been in the Al- ka Steamship Company service for many years, acting as First Officer on many of the Southeasy and Southwest Alaska runs. How- ever, this is his first experience as jcaptain of the Kenai. Capt.
