Final arguments were presented by Mrs. R. R. Hermann for the de- fense, and by Assistant Attorney Wilfred C. Stump. nstructions were given the jury at 2 o'clock and the jury retired at 2:30 o'clock. If no verdict is reached before 4 o'clock, a sealed report will be returned Friday when the Court reconvenes. W. G. Spiegelberg, charged with illegal cohabitation personally en- tered a plea of not guilty. He will be tried later this week Pablo del Rosa, charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, was one of three ar- raigned before Judge George F. Al- exander. George B. Grigsby was appointed by the Court to be del Rosa's attorney. He was directed to enter a plea Friday. Arthur Paul, indicted by the Jury on two counts in that final deliberations yesterday afternoon, also was arraigned this morning. No attorney was pointed, and Paul was given until Friday to enter a plea. He is charged with escaping custody and with defacing a building.
