For the. first time in the tournament the losing teams found no solace in the wresting of a single game from the opposition. Triple beat- ings were administered by the Web- feet, Cougars and Vandals to the Polar Bears, Bulldogs and Huskies, respectively. Polar Bear Radde and Vandal Garn staged a pretty fight for scoring honors. The men tied for high score in single game, 201, but Radde garnered 560 pins for the evening to Garn's 556. Earl Cleveland celebrated his re- turn to the alleys after a long lay- off by rolling 546 for the Cougars. Clicking merrily along with him were Bert Oaro, 538, and Dr. South- well, 475, to give the Cougars a total of 1545, just seven pins better than the previous high mark set by the Brones last Monday night.
