YACHT SAMONA ARRIVES HERE LAST EVENING Owners Make 11th Trip Thoughout Southeast Alaska Territory The Yacht Samona IL, owned by Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Hole, of Los Angeles, paused in Juneau to- day after taking on oil and fuel at the Union Oil Company dock, having been serviced and filled by R. A. Reischl. The owners are accompanied by six guests, Mr. and Mrs. S. K. Rindge and children, Samuel, Ra- mona and Frederick, and Norman Sprague. Mrs. Rindge is the daugh- ter of Mr. and Mrs. Hole. Plans for the stay in these wa- ters are indefinite but are con- sidered likely to include fishing and possibly hunting for the next two weeks. Mr. Hole is a retired Los An- geles businessman and capitalist. ‘This is his eleventh trip to the Territory, former trips having been in a previously-owned vessel, the Samona I, built of Alaska yellow cedar. Williams left Juneau early this morning on the Fair- child plane of the Northern Air- ways, which returned to its base at Carcross, Y.
