C, July 2. — Charged with threatening to keep Japanese off the fishing grounds at rifle point, two whites, James Lyons and Edgar Lansdowne, were arrested at Bull Harbor Saturday afternoon. Japanese fishermen claimed that their boats were boarded first by five men and later by two with rifles.
