NOW SETTLED Operations Held Up for Three Weeks ANCHORAGE, May men and cannery workers' prices today reached agreement, as- suring that both canneries would start operations, opening the sea- son May 25. The scale adopted provides for fifty cents per hour wages for both men and women. Salmon prices were set at 40 cents per pound for kings, 8 cents for reds and silvers, and 2 cents for humps and dogs, which represents a sixty percent advance over last year's prices, Kings, reds and sil- vers are up 100 percent.
