LEWIS DIRECTS FIRE TANK BE FILLED FIRST President Water Company Complies with Request for Fire Protection Manager John Reck, of the Ju- neau Water Company, today re- ved authorization from R. F. Lewis, President and principal own- of the company to have the fire water tank, which takes of connected with the salt water main, filled from the supply mains, be- fore the tank for the domestic supply is filled, in accordance with a promise made by him to the city two years ago. Mr. Lewis replied by radio in answer to the message sent him Mr. Reck following the open which took place at the City Council meeting Friday night.
