She is a sister of Donald Loftus, one of six prisoners now in soli- tary confinement as a result. The plot was discovered by guards when they found a revolver and ammunition which had been smuggled over the walls of the prison. She . was arrested yesterday at Rockford with her hushand, James Latino, when she admitted being the writer of a note addressed to a conviet.
