Hayes| this afternoon from Lyman 8. Peck, Manager of the Pacific Alaska Air- ways, said that one of his com- pany’s planes would arrive here to- morrow night to take Mr, McDon- nell and his son to Fairbanks where they will be for a week be- fore returning south. The Pacific Alaska Airways plane will have ac- commodations for three or four passengers from Juneau to Fair- anks when it leaves here the tter part of this week. ALASKA LEAVES BY WAY OF SITKA THIS MORNING Ship on Southeast Rut Has Good List of Local Passengers The Alaska, Capt. C. V. Wester- lund and Purser David Doran, ar- rived from Skagway at 6:30 this morning and sailed south, by way of Sitka, at 9:30. The Alaska is taking south a share of the Juneau school teach- ers who wished to make the trip to Seattle by way of Sitka. Arriving in Juneau from Skag- way were O. Weston, A. Dishaw, Mrs. D. H.
