Two-thirds cup crumbs. One tablespoon chopped parsley. . Two tablespoons chopped onions. Two tablespoons chopped green peppers. Two tablespoons: chopped celery, One teaspoon . salt. One-quarter teaspoon paprika. One cup tomatoes. One egg. Mix ingredients and shape into {loaf. Place in baking' pan. Add one ! third inch water, Cover and bake 1% hours. Baste frequently. Potatoes can . be -added during ‘last 50 minutes of baking. Peach Roll Two cups flour, Four teaspoons baking powder. Ore~quarter teaspoon salt.” Two tablespoans sugar. Four tablespoons fat. Two-thirds -cup milk. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in fat with knife. Add milk slowly. When soft dough forms, pat out until one-quarter inch thick and spread with peach mixture. Peach Mixture One cup peaches. One-half cup brown sugar. One teaspoon cinnamon. Two tablespoons butter. Mix mgredkms and spread on soft dough. Roll up tightly, fit into greased loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes in moderate oven. Unmold careful- 1y, serve warm, cut in slices. Lemon Sauce One cup sugar. Two tablespoons flour. Four tablespoons lemon juice. One tablespoon grated lemon rind. One-eighth teaspoon salt. One tablespoon butter. One and one half cups water. Blend sugar and flour. Add rest of ingredients, cook 3 minutes. Serve warm.
