Capt. William Starke, tied up at the Union Oil Dock at' 9 o'clock this morning and later went to the City Float to wait until the barge .iis unloaded late this afternoon. The barge and tugboat belong to the Foss Tug Company of Se- ettle and have made three other trips to Southeast Alaska since they started bringing consign- ments of gasoline and oil last Au- gust. Approximately 100,000 gallons of gasoline and diesel, oil are being discharged at the” Union Oil dock here and the barge has loads for Hconah, Sitka, Craig and Ketchi- kan. On the way north the Martha Foss stopped at Wrangell and Pet- ersburg to discharge loads of gas and oil for those places.
