J. Gilje and Purser R. V. Har- ris, did not depart until 11 o’clock this morning. by high wind, which prevented her from unloading coal at 'Douglas and resulted in her discharge of| the fuel at Juneau. The vessel, which called at this port Saturday night on her way from Seattle to Haines, Skagway and Sitka, came back here at 7 o'clock last night. She expected,] after a stay of an hour and a half, to shift to Douglas and put off coal that she had carrxed from Seattle. Douglas Call Cancelled After having waited almost all night for the storm to subside so mooring at the Douglas wharf, which is exposed to the weather,| would entail no difficulty, she con-| cluded this morning to discharge the fuel here and cancel the Doug- las call.
