All the fish was bought by the Juneau Cold Storage Company, the cod to be salted and the salmon to be frozen. The cod was caught in Icy Strait and Cross Sound by the Oceanio, Capt. Ole Westby, which brought 18,500 pounds, and the Addington, Capt. Sivert Anderson, which had 10,800 pounds. Both beats have taken bait and ice, and are on their way back to the fishing waters. The salmon represented, the catches of several trollers in the vicinity of Hoonah. The carrier to this port was the Fremont, Capt. Olaf Winther.
