She departed this noon for her base in Ketchi- kan. Since leaving Ketchikan last week, the vessel has serviced the lighthouses and other aids to navi- gation in Chatham Strait and Lynn Canal. FORNANCE RETURNS HOME WITH MAIL Having come to Juneau Friday evening for mail, the United States Army boat Fornanee returned Sun- day morning to Chilkoot Barracks on Lynn Canal. The Fornance is scheduled’ to come to Juneau every week during the winter schedule of the steam- ships operating between Seattle and Seward.
