A “clairvoyant” who con- X | ducts radio talks acts as master NUGENT | mind. Haines, in a most hilarious scene, |finds his station short of talent. |In desperation he puts on the whole program himself, offering a bed- time story as well as imperson- |ating Amos 'n’ 'Andy. It is this dis- covered ability as a vocal mimic that enables him to extricate him- self from disaster and: leads to the {arrest of the bandits after a sen- | sational robbery in which he finds + himself implicated. { Direction Is Good In directing the latest Haines ;opus, Edward Sedgwick apparently spared no pains in keeping the plot ! moving at a fast pace.
