The fish sold for 6| and 10% cents, PRINCE RUPERT, B. C., May 28, —Two hundred. and fifteen thou- sand pounds of halibut were sold here yesterday. American fish sold for 4.to 78 cents and Canadian fish for 3'to 64 cents a pound. TWO ARRESTED ON CHARGE OF LARCENY Charged with larceny in a dwell- ing, James Erwin and Albert John- son were arrested yesterday by Chief of Police G. A. Getchell and turned over to Federal authorities. They had not been arraigned to- day. The rest ran for Prince Rupert, B. C. At the auction on the Fish Ex- change in this city today, there was but one buyer, E. E. Engstrom representing the Lakeside Fish and Oyster Company of Chicago. His first and only bid was the maxi- mum allowed by his principals, 6 cents for first grade and 3 cents for second grade. At these figures, Rap the Third, Capt. 8. Osmund, with 7,000 pounds and the Fane, Capt. Ole Johan- son, with 2,700 pounds, unloaded. The fish will go into the coolers and be kept for next winter's mar- kets. The schooner Norland, Capt.
