Swift, Fighting Action Karl Dane as “Sven,” the fight- ing buddy of the sailor hero, fig- ures in some swift fighting action, and also in a comedy sequence with Gertrude Sutton. playing his Swedish sweetheart, Wade Boteler is convincingly “hard boiled” as the tough chief petty officer. J. C. Nugent and Edythe Chap- man plays the parents of the hero- ine, and inject some brilliant hu- man touches into the action of the play. The picture, with its bril- liant dialogue, moves with swift tempo, and shows new sides of Haines tlaent.
