STEAMER IS IN DANGER Prince Rupert Springs Leak While at Dock at Esquimalt VICTORIA, B. C.,, March 7.—The Canadian National steamer Prince Rupert, which started taking water while alongside the dock at Esqui- malt last night is reported at noon to still be in danger of capsizing. Salvage crews worked steadily to prevent the vessel from capsizing throughout the night, but the craft remains in danger.
