Flory ! The spirit of businessmen and residents generally along the Alas- ka Railroad is excellent and they are by no means discouraged over the rail situation, declared Charles H. Flory, Alaska Commissioner for the Department of Agriculture, who (relumrd home yesterday .after a ix-weeks' trip covering south cen- LmI and southwestern Alaska areas. A feature of his trip was an air- |plane journey of some 1,700 miles covering the Kuskokwim, Bristol |Bay and Alaska Peninsula regions, lon which he was sccompanied by fEmcst Walker Sawyer, spezial as- |sistant to the General Manager of ithe Alaska Railroad.
