Sept. 29.— Confiscation of the American fish- ing launch May and her equipment, seized last June by the Dominion Fishery Protection boat Rividls, when found in Canadian waters ad- jacent to' Queen Charlotte Island, has been ordered by Justice Archer Martin. The vessel was ordered forfeited to the Crown. Officers of the May said she had been driven to shelter from a storm and the boat was not engaged n fishing.
